Zinc Alloy Cast lapel pins begin making a steel mold which is more costly than rubber mould. Melted zinc alloy is injected into the steel mold and pressed in high pressure. When the melted metal cools, the mold is opened to reveal your pin design.

Your custom zinc alloy lapel pins are also polished to remove any surface defects after injected. There is a wide variety of attachments and plating finish that can be used on these types of lapel pins. If enamel is used in your design it is hand applied after plated.
