》Zinc Alloy

Zinc Alloy lapel pins are also made of Casting method. This method allows for very fine detail and suits for the designs with more cut-outs or holes because the steel mould is harder than rubber mould. This is the difference from Pewter. Zinc alloy is also harder than pewter so that it’s not so easy to be broken. Zinc alloy lapel pins look more brilliant than pewter ones by very highly polished process. However, zinc alloy cast is not so 3D relief looking as pewter cast.
